The Role:
If you're at the stage where you want to own your projects rather than just contribute to them, this is worth a look.
You'll take mechanical projects from initial handover right through to completion, managing the programme, commercial performance, procurement, subcontractors and client relationships along the way.
You'll work across a varied portfolio of commercial mechanical fit-out and HVAC projects, with the autonomy to solve problems, make decisions and drive delivery.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing multiple mechanical projects end-to-end
- Overseeing commercial mechanical fit-out & HVAC installations
- Managing budgets, procurement schedules and cost control
- Coordinating internal teams, subcontractors and suppliers
- Acting as the key contact for clients and stakeholders
- Monitoring programmes and project progress
- Resolving technical and delivery issues
- Providing technical input across HVAC and mechanical systems
- Ensuring compliance with Building Regulations and Health & Safety
- Driving projects through to successful completion
Positive Signs on your CV:
- Proven Project Management experience within construction / mechanical engineering
- Strong Mechanical / Building Services background
- Good understanding of HVAC systems
- Experience delivering mechanical installations
- Commercial awareness across procurement, budgets and cost control
- Experience managing subcontractors and project teams
- Confident dealing directly with clients
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Knowledge of relevant building regulations and compliance
- Full UK or Irish Driving Licence
