We are a manufacturing company that makes bespoke products for businesses all over the world. We are looking for people who are keen to learn and work as part of a team, to create our products from cast resin in our bespoke moulds. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to start their career. Full training will be provided, and previous experience is not essential.
We have a full order book moving into early 2027, and this is an essential role as our parts provide electrical power all over the world. There is an attractive production bonus for the right candidate who can work hard and meet, or even exceed, production requirements!
Daily duties to include:
- Filling moulds
- Cleaning moulds
- Mixing resin
- Ensuring workspaces adhere to health and safety regulations
Our ideal candidate:
- Has a great eye for detail
- Can work at a fast but accurate pace
- Local to the Shepshed area, or able to travel to our rural premises
- Can start immediately!
Taking into account production and attendance bonuses, there is a potential to earn up to £32,900 per annum!
