Due to continued growth, we are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our team.
The Role
This is a varied and fast-paced role supporting the sales function and managing customer accounts. The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring orders, quotations, forecasts and account administration are managed accurately and efficiently.
The role requires a highly organised individual with strong numerical ability, excellent communication skills and previous experience within a B2B sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the sales team with day-to-day account management activities.
- Preparing quotations, pricing schedules and sales documentation.
- Maintaining customer records and sales data within company systems.
- Producing reports, forecasts and sales analysis using Excel and other business systems.
- Monitoring order progress and coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely delivery.
- Managing customer communications via email, telephone and video/ in person meetings where required.
- Assisting with contract administration and commercial documentation.
- Building strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Supporting business development activities and identifying opportunities within existing accounts.
- Ensuring all work is completed accurately and within agreed deadlines.
Skills & Experience Required
Essential
- Previous experience in a B2B sales support, account management, sales coordination or commercial administration role.
- Excellent numerical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and commercial awareness.
- Professional and customer-focused approach.
Desirable
- Experience working with international customers.
- Experience within manufacturing, textiles or supply chain environments.
- Knowledge of ERP or CRM systems.
- Knowledge and understanding of AI tools.

Working Hours
This is a full-time office-based role, working five days per week from our offices in HD2 2XB.
