Responsibilities
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely to assemble components according to specifications
- Conduct routine inspections of products during various stages of production to ensure quality standards are maintained
- Assist in the setup and adjustment of machinery and equipment for different production runs
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times
- Support warehouse activities such as loading, unloading, and storing materials efficiently
- Follow detailed work instructions and safety procedures to ensure smooth workflow
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and improve processes
Qualifications
- Basic mechanical knowledge or experience working with tools and equipment is preferred
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, or assembly work is advantageous
- Previous factory experience using power presses, press brakes and turrets would be advantageous.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills and a proactive attitude towards safety and quality standards
