We're Hiring: Practice Manager & Qualified Dental Nurse
We're looking for an exceptional Practice Manager who is also a GDC-registered Qualified Dental Nurse to lead a busy, modern dental practice into its next phase of growth.
This is far more than an operational management role. We're seeking someone with vision, commercial awareness and a passion for growing a successful business while maintaining outstanding patient care.

About You
You are:
* A GDC-registered Qualified Dental Nurse.
* An experienced Practice Manager or Senior Dental Nurse ready to step into leadership.
* Commercially minded, with a strong understanding of business fundamentals and profitability.
* Strategic, always looking for opportunities to improve performance and grow the practice.
* Confident analysing KPIs and turning insights into action.
* Social media savvy and understand how digital marketing supports practice growth.
* A proactive leader who motivates, coaches and develops high-performing teams.
* Organised, resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Passionate about delivering an exceptional patient journey.
Your Role
You will:
* Lead and inspire the team to deliver exceptional patient care.
* Drive sustainable business growth through strategic planning and execution.
* Monitor KPIs, productivity, profitability and operational performance.
* Develop marketing initiatives and oversee social media activity to attract and retain patients.
* Identify new opportunities to improve efficiency, patient experience and revenue.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant GDC, CQC and regulatory standards.
* Support the clinical team by nursing when required.
* Foster a positive, accountable and high-performing culture.
