We build software for organisations where getting the requirements wrong isn't an option. We're hiring an IT Business Analyst / Solutions Architect to turn complex business and regulatory needs into clear requirements and solution designs our engineers can build with confidence.
About us
SkyieGlobal Infotech Ltd is a compliance-native software house and consultancy based in London. We build a growing portfolio of UK-hosted SaaS products for regulated industries — covering identity verification, lettings compliance, e-signing, uptime monitoring and secure document storage — alongside business, technology and Oracle/SAP ERP consulting and ISO 27001-led security audits. Everything we ship is designed around UK data residency and UK GDPR from day one, because our customers operate where reliability, security and auditability are non-negotiable.
About the role
Twelve months in, you'll have mapped our customers' key processes and data flows, established requirements and traceability the whole team trusts, and shaped the application, integration and cloud designs behind our compliance-focused products. You'll be the bridge between business and regulatory stakeholders on one side and engineering on the other.
What you'll do
- Analyse business and regulatory needs with customers and internal stakeholders
- Map business processes and data flows
- Define functional and non-functional requirements with clear acceptance criteria
- Design application, integration and cloud solutions
- Maintain requirements traceability from analysis through build and testing
- Support delivery teams through to acceptance and go-live
What we're looking for
Required:
- A relevant degree or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years' business analysis and/or solutions architecture experience
- Experience working on regulated systems or in compliance-driven environments
- Strong process- and data-mapping skills
- Confident writing requirements, traceability matrices and acceptance criteria
Nice to have:
- Experience with ERP, SaaS or cloud (AWS/Azure) delivery
- Business analysis or architecture certifications (e.g. BCS, TOGAF)
Good to know
- This is a permanent, full-time role.
- You'll be employed and supervised directly by SkyieGlobal Infotech Ltd — we do not supply staff or labour to third parties.
