About the Role
Barbeito Inmobiliaria is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Real Estate Manager to oversee property operations, client relationships, leasing activities, and portfolio performance. This is an excellent opportunity for a property professional who combines strong market knowledge with excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations across the property portfolio.
- Oversee leasing, sales, and property management activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, tenants, and property partners.
- Monitor property performance, budgets, and operating costs.
- Coordinate property maintenance and service providers.
- Conduct market research and identify new investment opportunities.
- Prepare property performance reports and recommendations for management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in real estate, property management, or a similar role.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
- Excellent commercial awareness and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of UK property markets and regulations is an advantage.
