Overview
We are seeking a diligent and reliable Pub Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene standards of our pub. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all areas, including customer spaces and restrooms are kept spotless and welcoming for patrons and staff alike. Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is essential. This position offers an opportunity to work in a much valued role where attention to detail and a proactive attitude are valued.
You aren’t required to work Sunday, over Christmas, Easter or bank holidays.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of all pub areas, including floors, tables, bar counters, restroom, brass and windows.
- Sanitize restrooms ensuring they are hygienic and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Inform us when cleaning supplies are low and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is essential.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Good organisational skills and reliability.
- Able to work Saturdays.
- Physical stamina to perform manual cleaning tasks.
- A proactive approach to identifying areas needing attention and ensuring a hygienic environment at all times.
Pay: £14.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
