About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and dedicated Class Teacher to join the team at Ysgol Bethania.
Ysgol Bethania supports an increasingly diverse pupil population with a wide range of educational needs, including moderate to severe learning difficulties. Some pupils may also have communication, physical, sensory, behavioural, or autistic needs requiring specialist intervention and additional adult support.
We are seeking an enthusiastic teacher who is committed to providing high-quality education and creating a positive, inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching pupils with physical, learning, and sensory difficulties
- A sound understanding of the primary curriculum
- Excellent behaviour management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Excellent planning and organisational abilities
- Experience working alongside Teaching Assistants to deliver high-quality provision
- Knowledge of key performance indicators and how to use them to monitor pupil progress
- Awareness of the needs of pupils with English as an Additional Language (EAL)
- A strong understanding of child development and how intellectual, emotional, and social development impacts learning

Pay: £35,000.00-£37,000.00 per year
