About the Role
We are seeking an organised and detail-focused Vehicle Administrator to support vehicle records, customer information, documentation, data entry, and general administration.
You will update vehicle details, maintain accurate digital records, prepare routine documents, and support sales, service, and operational colleagues.
Previous automotive experience is helpful but not essential. Training on company systems and vehicle administration procedures will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update vehicle information in company systems
- Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records
- Prepare routine vehicle and sales documentation
- Update registration, stock, and status information
- Check records for missing or incorrect details
- Maintain spreadsheets and administrative trackers
- Scan, upload, and organise vehicle documents
- Process routine customer and internal requests
- Maintain digital vehicle files
- Update customer contact and account information
- Assist with sales and service administration
- Monitor outstanding paperwork and documentation
- Prepare basic reports and activity summaries
- Coordinate routine information with internal teams
- Handle customer and vehicle information confidentially
- Support general data-entry and office administration as required
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Previous experience in administration, data entry, customer service, retail, or office support is helpful but not essential
- Applications from career starters and candidates changing industries are welcome
- Automotive or dealership experience is beneficial but not required

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good computer and keyboard skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and email

Education
- GCSEs or equivalent qualifications are preferred
- A university degree is not required
- Relevant administrative, customer-service, retail, or practical experience will be considered
Pay: £25,420.00-£29,000.00 per year
