We’re looking for a Customer Service Agent to join our fast-growing gaming PC business. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers—handling incoming phone calls and responding to emails related to orders from our official website and Amazon store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls with professionalism and clarity
- Respond to customer emails with accurate, well-written replies
- Provide updates on orders, troubleshoot basic issues, and offer product support
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and communication
Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Excellent written English – grammar, spelling, and tone must be top-notch
- Prior experience in a similar customer service role (eCommerce or tech preferred)
- Confident phone manner and a calm, friendly approach
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn quickly
- Passion for gaming PCs or knowledge of the industry is a plus
