Overview
We are looking for candidates who live locally and can easily travel to our store. Our store operates from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, so you'll need to manage early starts and late finishes. This is a position with accountability for supporting colleagues to deliver great customer service, so while retail experience is not essential, you will need experience as either a key holder or in a position with additional responsibility.

This is more than just a store job.
You'll be the friendly face of Euro Electrical Supplies, helping customers find exactly what they need, while also getting involved with deliveries, warehouse duties, and replenishing stock. Be prepared to roll up your sleeves! It can get warm in the summer and cold in the winter, but if you take pride in your work and enjoy providing excellent customer service, you'll fit right in.
Get stuck in: Be ready to receive deliveries, unpack stock, replenish shelves, keep the store clean, and prepare customer orders. A positive attitude and a strong work ethic are more important than previous experience.
Provide outstanding service: Whether you're helping customers or keeping things running smoothly during busy periods, you'll always aim to deliver an excellent experience.
Ask the right questions: Take a genuine interest in customers' projects so you can help them find everything they need to complete the job successfully.
Be proactive: Take the initiative to keep the store running smoothly, spotting what needs to be done and getting on with it without being asked.
Support the team: Work collaboratively with your colleagues to keep the store running efficiently, helping out wherever needed to deliver the best experience for customers.
Key holder responsibility: You'll be trusted to open and close the store and take responsibility for store operations when required.
