Overview
We are seeking experienced and dedicated cleaners to join our team for a variety of cleaning services, including general, deep cleaning, and Airbnb property maintenance. The ideal candidates will possess a strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and a commitment to delivering high standards of cleanliness. Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface cleaning across various property types
- Conduct deep cleans to ensure properties meet specific standards, including specialised tasks for Airbnb rentals
- Maintain high levels of hygiene and organisation in all areas of work
- Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively
- Assist with specialised cleaning requests such as upholstery or carpet cleaning when required
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently within designated timeframes
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to management
- Follow health and safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment
Skills
- Proven experience in janitorial or commercial cleaning roles is highly desirable
- Experience working within hotel or Airbnb property management is advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning standards are met
- Good customer service skills to interact professionally with clients and guests
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic cooking knowledge is a plus for accommodating guest needs or special requests
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel environments is beneficial but not essential
