Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Driver/Valeter to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting vehicles to and from various locations while ensuring each vehicle is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. Your enthusiasm for delivering excellent customer service, combined with your attention to detail and driving skills, will help us provide a seamless experience for our clients. Responsibilities
- Collect customer vehicles for repair.
- Perform thorough valeting once the vehicle has been repaired
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after transportation to identify any damages
- Maintain accurate records of the vehicles being collected
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging professionally with clients during vehicle handovers
- Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws to ensure safe driving practices at all times
- Assist with basic janitorial tasks such as cleaning work areas and ensuring the vehicle storage environment remains tidy
Experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean/acceptable driving record
- Previous experience in driving, valeting, or automotive cleaning is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
