We are a specialist recruitment agency working on behalf of a leading fashion retailer to find an experienced manager to join this well-established womenswear brand. Based in the flagship Oxford Street store in Central London, this role would suit an existing Assistant or Deputy Manager — or an ambitious Team Leader ready to take the next step in their career.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales by delivering exemplary selling and service.
- Assist the Store Manager in recruiting, developing, and motivating the team through effective management skills and behaviours.
- Exemplify passion for the brand, acting as its ambassador and inspiring team members to do the same.
- Ensure adherence to all management controls, including stock, security, administration, cost control, health and safety, and shrinkage at all times.
- Enthusiastically introduce new promotions, loyalty schemes, and services to colleagues and customers.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to colleagues regarding goal, target, and objective achievement, and ensure awareness of forthcoming expectations.
- Cultivate the highest levels of customer service by coaching colleagues to consistently deliver the best shopping experience.
- Support the Store Manager in driving and achieving objectives.
