Ideal candidates will have experience of working in a busy restaurant and bar, dealing with customers, taking payment, communicating with chef.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Seat customers and present menus
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and to a high standard
- Provide menu knowledge and make recommendations to customers
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction
- Handle customer requests and resolve complaints calmly and professionally
- Process bills and handle cash/card payments
- Set up and clear tables quickly and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area

Pay: £12.71-£14.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20.0 per week
