The role
You’ll take responsibility for your work on site. Not just fit—measure, plan, and execute accurately.
- Carry out a wide range of general building works to a high standard
- Complete structural alterations, brickwork, carpentry, patch repairs, and finishing works
- Read drawings and work independently to deliver quality results
- Identify issues on site and take a practical approach to resolving them
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
- Work closely with site management and other trades to keep projects moving
What we need
- Proven experience across multiple construction trades
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Good understanding of construction methods and sequencing
- Reliable, professional, and solution-focused
- A commitment to delivering quality work first time
