Your Role
You’ll work closely with the wider Majesticare team to create experiences shaped around each person’s interests, routines, relationships and ambitions.
That could mean helping someone continue gardening, baking a treasured family recipe, arranging a trip to somewhere special, bringing music into the home or simply creating time for a conversation that matters.
You’ll also help build relationships with families and the local community, creating even more opportunities for people to feel connected, involved and inspired.
Most importantly, you’ll see the person before the activity. Because the best moments don’t come from a timetable. They come from knowing someone well enough to understand what will make them smile.
