We are looking for a Head of Digital Operations who can lead the day to day delivery of our digital services, improve internal processes and ensure that client projects are completed efficiently, consistently and to a high standard.
You will oversee multiple operational functions, coordinate teams and establish systems that support sustainable growth. This is a senior leadership position for someone who can balance strategy, people management and practical execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Digital Operations Leadership:
Lead the delivery of digital marketing, content, client acquisition and conversion optimisation services across multiple accounts and projects.
Process Improvement:
Review existing workflows, identify operational gaps and introduce practical systems that improve quality, productivity and accountability.
Team Leadership:
Manage and support team leaders, project managers and digital specialists. Set clear expectations, monitor performance and provide regular coaching.
Project Oversight:
Ensure that projects are properly planned, resourced and delivered within agreed timelines, budgets and service standards.
Client Delivery:
Work with the client services team to maintain strong service levels, resolve delivery concerns and support long term client relationships.
Performance Management:
Establish operational targets and use performance data to monitor delivery quality, team capacity, project profitability and client satisfaction.
Resource Planning:
Forecast staffing and operational requirements based on project demand, business growth and service capacity.
Cross Functional Coordination:
Collaborate with commercial, finance, recruitment and technology teams to ensure that operational priorities support wider business objectives.
Risk and Quality Management:
Identify potential delivery risks, implement quality controls and ensure that appropriate procedures are followed across all operational activities.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
At least 7 years of experience in digital operations, agency operations, client services, project delivery or a related business function, including a minimum of 3 years in a senior leadership role.
Leadership:
Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary teams, improving performance and creating a positive, accountable working environment.
Operational Knowledge:
Strong understanding of workflow management, resource planning, service delivery, performance reporting and process improvement.
Digital Industry Experience:
Experience working within digital marketing, media, technology, professional services or a fast paced agency environment is strongly preferred.
Communication:
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the confidence to present operational plans and performance updates to senior stakeholders.
Technology:
Comfortable using project management, customer relationship management, reporting and collaboration platforms.

You are commercially aware, organised and solutions focused. You can make sound decisions under pressure while maintaining attention to quality, people and long term business performance.
Pay: £72,395.00-£130,316.00 per year
