Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Air Conditioning Installer to join our team. We’re an electrical/renewables based company that’s currently going into the air conditioning sector and we’re looking for an engineer to come and work for us on a subbie basis. Our pipeline is growing fast and for the right person we can have full weeks of work coming up or just provide you with 2-3 days a week to go around your existing work.
Potential for a company van to be supplied but must have a driving licence with 6 or less points.

The work is in Kent, London and surrounding areas. You do get paid additional money for travelling further away.
Must be confident in installing Samsung and Bosch single splits and multi split systems.
Responsibilities
- Install air conditioning units in accordance with technical specifications and schematics
- Conduct maintenance and repair of existing air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance
- Read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and schematics to facilitate accurate installation
- Lead small teams during installation projects, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to safety standards
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform necessary repairs efficiently
- Collaborate with clients to assess site requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working order, reporting any faults or damages promptly
Experience
- Proven experience in air conditioning installation, maintenance, or related mechanical roles
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, schematics, and construction practices
- Demonstrated ability to repair equipment and perform maintenance tasks effectively
- Leadership experience is desirable but not essential; willingness to develop supervisory skills is valued
- Familiarity with the use of specialised tools and equipment used in HVAC installation projects
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to construction and mechanical work
Pay: £350.00-£500.00 per day
