Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls with professionalism, ensuring excellent phone etiquette while directing inquiries efficiently
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Sage
- Assist with organising files, documents, and office supplies to maintain a tidy and accessible workspace
- Support team members with clerical duties such as scheduling appointments, preparing correspondence, and updating records
- Handle basic sales amin tasks and process orders using our in-house ordering system
- Working closely with customers and suppliers to ensure orders are received on time
- Contribute to the smooth operation of daily office activities
- Ensure all administrative procedures are followed promptly and accurately to support overall office productivity
Requirements
- Prior office experience or administrative experience is preferred but not mandatory; a strong willingness to learn is essential
- Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) a basic understanding of Sage would be useful but not essential
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a busy environment
- Demonstrated typing speed and accuracy for efficient data entry and document preparation
- Good phone etiquette with clear communication skills when interacting with clients, vendors, or team members
- Basic knowledge of clerical procedures and data management systems is advantageous
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
