Porsche Centre Bristol is looking to recruit a Warranty Specialist to join our successful Aftersales team.
This is a varied and rewarding role that sits at the heart of our workshop operation, ensuring warranty claims are processed accurately, repairs meet manufacturer standards, and the business receives prompt reimbursement for completed work.
Working closely with our Technicians, Workshop Controllers, Service Advisors, and Manufacturer, you will play a key role in maintaining operational excellence and delivering the highest standards of quality and compliance. This role could suit an experienced Vehicle Technician or workshop professional who is looking to move away from a hands-on role while continuing to utilise their valuable technical knowledge and experience in a new and rewarding career path.
Key Responsibilities:

Review, prepare and submit warranty claims in line with manufacturer guidelines and requirements.

Gather and verify supporting evidence to ensure claims are accurate, compliant, and submitted correctly first time.

Liaise closely with Technicians and Workshop Controllers to understand repairs and ensure claims are supported by clear technical information.

Monitor warranty claim status and proactively resolve any queries or rejected claims.

Maintain accurate records and documentation relating to warranty repairs and submissions.

Work collaboratively with the Service, Parts and Workshop teams to ensure the smooth progression of repairs and customer jobs.

Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce claim rejections.

Support the continued delivery of high standards of quality, compliance, and operational excellence throughout the workshop.

Previous experience within the automotive industry is essential for this position

A technical or mechanical background would be highly advantageous.

Experience in warranty administration, workshop control, service advising, or vehicle repair would be beneficial.

Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Excellent communication skills with the confidence to work closely with workshop, service teams and manufacturer.
