Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive training on hair styling techniques, beauty treatments, and industry best practices
- Develop and update lesson plans that align with current trends and professional standards
- Provide clear demonstrations of practical skills, ensuring students understand each step
- Assess student progress through evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support growth
- Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming learning environment for all students
- Communicate effectively with students to address questions, clarify concepts, and encourage active participation
- Stay informed about the latest industry developments in hair and beauty to keep training content relevant and inspiring
Experience
- Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills to engage diverse learners
- Hands-on experience in hair styling, beauty treatments, or related fields such as plumbing (for salon plumbing setups) is advantageous
- Proven teaching or training experience, ideally within the hair or beauty industry
- Strong IT skills to utilize digital tools for lesson delivery and student assessments
- Exceptional organizational skills to plan lessons, manage schedules, and track student progress
- Ability to clearly explain technical procedures and industry terminology to learners of varying skill levels
