Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of beauty treatments including facials, waxing, and skincare routines with precision and care
- Provide outstanding customer service by understanding client needs and offering personalized recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across all treatment areas and equipment
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and aftercare to enhance their overall experience
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and clinic productivity
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product innovations to deliver modern services
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist or similar role with a focus on skincare treatments
- Strong communication skills in English to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Knowledge of current beauty trends, techniques, and health & safety standards in the industry
- Ability to work flexibly during peak hours, including evenings and weekends if needed
- Certification or qualification in beauty therapy or cosmetology
- A positive attitude with a passion for helping clients look and feel their best
