What You'll Do
- Produce high-quality ceramic crowns, bridges, veneers, and implant restorations.
- Layer and finish highly aesthetic ceramic work to an exceptional standard.
- Work confidently with zirconia, e.max, metal ceramics, and other restorative materials.
- Complete complex Crown & Bridge cases with precision and consistency.
- Support and mentor junior technicians, sharing your knowledge and experience.
- Collaborate with clinicians and colleagues to deliver the very best patient outcomes.
- Maintain the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and aesthetics.
What We're Looking For
- Significant experience as a Crown & Bridge Dental Technician with strong ceramic layering and finishing skills.
- A high level of aesthetic understanding, including dental anatomy, occlusion, and shade matching.
- Experience with implant restorations is desirable.
- Digital CAD/CAM experience would be advantageous.
- A recognised Dental Technology qualification (BTEC, City & Guilds or equivalent).
- A proactive, positive attitude and the ability to work both independently and within a supportive team.
