Knebworth House, Gardens & Park are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for social media, photography and digital content. The role is focused on creating engaging social media content that promotes Knebworth House, Gardens & Park as a leading visitor attraction, while also supporting the wider marketing department through digital marketing, content creation, website updates and promotional activities.
Social Media
- Create engaging, high-quality content for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
- Plan and schedule social media posts using the content calendar.
- Film, edit and produce video content including Reels and TikTok videos.
- Monitor social media channels and respond to visitor comments and messages where appropriate.
- Support the delivery of social media campaigns for events, seasonal openings, exhibitions, holiday cottages and commercial activities.
- Assist with influencer visits and content creator collaborations.
- Identify new social media opportunities and emerging trends.
Photography & Video
- Capture photography and video content across the estate.
- Edit images and videos for use across digital and print marketing.
- - Maintain the image library.
Visitor Reviews & Community Engagement
- Monitor visitor reviews across Google, TripAdvisor and social media.
- Draft responses to visitor reviews.
- Encourage positive online engagement and reviews.
Website
- Update website content, including event information, news articles, opening times and promotional pages.
- Assist with uploading blogs and SEO-friendly website content.
- Check website content regularly to ensure information is accurate and current.
- Support the Marketing Manager with website improvements and online promotions.
Email Marketing
- Assist with creating and scheduling email marketing campaigns.
- Build campaign content including imagery and copy.
- Monitor campaign performance including open and click-through rates.
Digital Marketing
- Assist with maintaining online listings and event information across third-party websites.
- Support SEO activity by writing keyword-focused content.
- Assist with Google Business Profile updates.
Marketing Materials
- Assist in producing leaflets, posters, signage, advertisements and visitor information.
- Help distribute printed promotional material.
Pay: £12,500.00-£13,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
