Vehicle Valeter & Driver
Location: Nunns of Grimsby, Altyre Way, Humberston, Grimsby
Hours: Part-time, 29.5 hours per week (Monday–Friday, plus fortnightly Saturday mornings)
Additional hours: Flexibility required during busy periods and for holiday cover

We have an exciting opportunity for a Vehicle Valeter & Driver to join our friendly, family-run dealership at Nunns of Grimsby.
Family-owned for over 50 years, Nunns of Grimsby is a well-established and highly respected local business. Representing Mazda, Isuzu, Subaru and Mitsubishi, we pride ourselves on delivering outstanding service to both our customers and our team.
As a Vehicle Valeter & Driver, you will play an important role in ensuring our vehicles are presented to the highest possible standard, while also providing safe and reliable vehicle transportation when required.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a keen eye for detail and enjoys working as part of a friendly, supportive team.
The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing vehicles to an excellent standard of cleanliness and presentation for customers, display and delivery
- Carrying out exterior washing, cleaning and polishing
- Thoroughly cleaning vehicle interiors, including vacuuming and upholstery care
- Safely driving company and customer vehicles between sites, to customers and for collections and deliveries
- Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised valeting area
- Following all company health and safety procedures
- Assisting with general site and workshop cleaning duties when required
- Providing courteous and professional service when interacting with customers
- Supporting the movement of vehicles around the dealership
- Assisting with other general dealership duties as required
About You
Ideally, you will have:
- A full UK driving licence with a clean or minimal points record
- Previous experience in vehicle valeting, vehicle preparation or a similar role
- A strong eye for detail and pride in producing high-quality work
- Good time-management and organisational skills
- The ability to work independently while also contributing positively to a team
- A reliable and hardworking approach
- The physical fitness required to work outdoors and remain active throughout the day
- The ability to work in varying weather conditions
- A professional and customer-focused manner
