Motor Vehicle Technician
We are looking for someone to join our team to either share the workload of MOTs and general servicing, repairs etc or to be a full time MOT Tester, we can be flexible!
We have great facilities to accommodate MOT classes 4,5 & 7. Here at Old Mill Garage you can work with the latest tooling with no fear or lack of reinvestment from your employer! The garage has been established since 1993 and has a good solid local reputation.
Your mechanical roles may include the following in this position:
- Carry out MOT tests on occasion (if you have the qualification)
- Carry out servicing
- Carry out mechanical repairs (MOT fails etc)
- Tyre fitting
- Brake replacements
- General vehicle repairs
- Diagnostic Investigations
- Wheel Alignment

What you would need to be able to apply:
- Full driving licence
- The ability to commute
What we offer:
- Great rates of pay offered, yearly salary starting from £37,000 and ranging up to and over £45,000 depending on mechanical/diagnsotic abilities and testing class qualification (class 5) open to negotiation

Working hours can be flexible if required and a salary can be worked out based on this otherwise our normal hours are:
Monday to Friday
8:00 to 17:00
