The Role
We're looking for an editor who can take raw footage and turn it into content that holds attention, builds trust, and helps grow a personal brand on its way to millions of subscribers.
This role covers both our long-form YouTube output and the short-form content that runs alongside it.
What you’ll do
- Edit both long-form and short-form content, start to finish
- Handle the full post-production process — cutting, motion graphics, VFX, sound, and colour
- Shape the channel's look and feel alongside Sam (Head of Content)
- Focus most of your time on long-form, with a consistent output of shorts each week too.
- Be a genuine part of the team, not just a freelancer sending files back and forth.
This is a ground-floor opportunity to help build one of the biggest personal brands in the online business space.
You'll Be a Strong Fit If You Are…
- Obsessed with content, YouTube, and what makes people actually watch
- Experienced editing long-form YouTube content, with short-form editing skills too (portfolio required)
- Comfortable with fast turnarounds and high output
- A self-starter — you don't need to be micromanaged
- Competitive, driven and want to be the best at what you do
- Excited by growth, entrepreneurship and being part of something from the ground floor

- You are willing to work full-time
- You're comfortable with on-screen text, kinetic captions, and simple animated graphics — you don't need to be a VFX specialist, just solid at the basics
- You're comfortable color grading footage to a consistent, cinematic look
- You have real experience editing long-form YouTube content, not just short-form or social clips
- You're skilled at multicam editing and know how to cut between angles to keep retention
- You care more about growth and output than a comfortable routine
- You take ownership - no excuses, no waiting around
- You can handle fast feedback and are not precious about your work
- You want to be part of something big and are ready to fully commit
