The role
We’re looking for a motivated and commercially driven Partner Manager to join Ping, playing a key role in our growth across the SME market.
This role sits at the heart of our partner strategy. You’ll own and develop relationships with introducers, brokers, and channel partners who help businesses access fast, reliable broadband and connectivity solutions. You’ll support partners through the sales journey, showcase Ping’s broadband proposition, and ensure a smooth end-to-end experience for both partners and their customers.

Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and grow relationships with new and existing partner organisations.
- Promote Ping’s broadband and connectivity solutions, clearly demonstrating value to partners and their SME customers.
- Achieve personal and team revenue targets through structured partner development and sales activity.
- Support partners through onboarding, training, and ongoing commercial discussions.
- Monitor competitor and market activity within the broadband and telecoms space to identify opportunities and risks.
- Organise and lead partner meetings, presentations, and events.
- Work closely with internal sales, provisioning, and support teams to resolve partner queries and improve processes.
- Provide regular partner feedback to help improve Ping’s products, services, and partner experience.
Qualifications and experience
- Proven experience in B2B sales or partner management, ideally within broadband, telecoms, or technology services.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, with confidence engaging senior decision-makers.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of the SME market.
- Experience selling or managing broadband or connectivity solutions is highly desirable.
