Hours
- Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
The role of Debt Customer Service Advisor:
- Having consultative conversations with businesses to help and support with any arrears they have in place
- Taking payments and setting up suitable payment plans
- Providing excellent support and guidance and ensuring recovery targets and service level agreements are met
- Corresponding with customers mainly over the telephone and via email
- Carrying out administrative duties and taking on additional responsibilities as the role progresses
- Supporting the offshore team with any customer service queries, ensuring they are resolved as soon as possible
The ideal Debt Customer Service Advisor:
- Previous customer service/contact centre experience
- Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner
- Able to work in a busy, high-volume environment
- Ability to prioritise workload and excellent organisation skills
- Able to thrive working in a team and independently
