Your role as a Support Worker will play a key role in providing high-quality care, supervision, and support to children in a residential setting. You will ensure that children receive a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment that meets their emotional and developmental needs.

Requirements
· GCSE in English, Maths & IT
· Working towards a Diploma in Health and Social Care (Level 2 or 3).
· Experience working with children and young people in a residential, support or care setting.
· Experience that is transferable linked to the job profile.
· Knowledge of general health, safety and well-being of children.
· Knowledge of legislation
· Good written and oral communication skills
· Good interpersonal skills, able to liaise across a wide range of interests
· Effective organisational skills
Location: Ashford, Surrey.
