This position starts at minimum wage as a base salary, but it includes a performance-based commission structure that gives you the opportunity to significantly increase your earnings. The more successful you are in your role, the more you can earn.
Responsibilities:- Provide hair styling services to clients, including cutting, colouring, and styling- Upsell salon products and services to clients- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired hair style and provide recommendations- Maintain a clean and organized work station- Assist with front desk duties, such as scheduling appointments and handling cash transactions Experience:- Minimum of 2 years experience as a qualified hair stylist- Proficiency in barbering techniques, including fades and beard trims- Strong customer service skills and ability to provide an exceptional salon experience- Knowledge of store management practices is a plus- Knowledge of hair extensions is a plus. Training can be provided by us to gain a qualification in this.
