We are a well-established, local firm working in a fast-growing industry. We are looking for a skilled professional and knowledgeable Painter and Decorator to join our team. The successful candidate should be a self-motivated, and well-rounded professional with excellent communication skills. This person will be responsible for painting and decorating a number of ongoing projects.
We are based outside of Swansea, but our work can take us across South Wales. Your job will entail working in diverse settings with little supervision while following all health and safety standards is essential.
Duties:
- Proven experience as a painter and decorator.
- Excellent knowledge of painting and decorating techniques and materials.
- Provide own tools.
- Read agreed schedule of works to fully grasp requirements and complete within a given timescale.
- Paint and decorate internal and external surfaces to a high standard in domestic properties.
- Willingness to follow safety guidelines at all times.
- NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
Hourly rate depends on experience.
Pay: £13.50-£14.00 per hour
