Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Service Valeter and Driver to join our team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for providing wash and vac vehicle cleaning, and customer service, ensuring each vehicle meets our high standards of quality and presentation. Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning of vehicles, including washing, vacuuming.
- Ensure all vehicles are presented in pristine condition before delivery or customer pickup
- Assist customers with their service needs in a friendly, professional manner, addressing questions or concerns promptly
- Maintain cleanliness of the service area, including workstations and surrounding facilities, adhering to janitorial standards
- Drive vehicles safely within the premises for cleaning or repositioning purposes
- collecting and delivering vehicles to and from customers homes.
- Follow safety protocols during all cleaning procedures and vehicle movements
- Support team members with additional tasks as needed to ensure smooth daily operations
Skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to operate various vehicles safely and confidently
- Prior janitorial or vehicle cleaning experience preferred; strong attention to detail is essential
- Excellent customer service skills; able to communicate effectively and build rapport with customers
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties, including standing, bending, lifting, and operating cleaning equipment for extended periods
