We are looking for compassionate, resilient and motivated Residential Support Workers to join our dedicated team supporting children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, therapeutic care and support tailored to each child's individual needs.
- Build positive, trusting relationships that promote emotional wellbeing and personal development.
- Support young people with daily routines, including education, appointments, hobbies and independent living skills.
- Encourage participation in activities that promote confidence, social skills and positive experiences.
- Manage behaviours that challenge using therapeutic approaches and positive behaviour support strategies.
- Maintain accurate daily records, care notes and incident reports.
- Administer medication safely in line with company policies and procedures.
- Work closely with colleagues and external professionals to deliver the best possible outcomes for each child.
- Safeguard children at all times, following safeguarding policies and reporting procedures.
- Contribute to creating a warm, welcoming and supportive home environment where children feel valued and respected.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience working with children and young people is desirable, particularly within residential childcare or EBD settings.
- A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable children to reach their full potential.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to remain calm, resilient and solution-focused in challenging situations.
- A willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and sleep-ins.
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards it) is desirable.
- A full UK driving licence is preferred.
- Ability to commit to long shifts and sleep-ins
