We're looking for an experienced and commercially minded Head of Operations to join our Senior Leadership Team and play a pivotal role in the next stage of Progreen's growth.
Reporting directly to the COO, you'll take ownership of our end-to-end operational function, leading warehouse operations, fulfilment, customer service, operational systems, and strategic logistics partnerships. This is an opportunity to influence business-wide decision making while creating the operational capability needed to support continued growth and an outstanding customer experience.
About the Role
As Head of Operations, you'll be responsible for developing and delivering an integrated operational strategy that ensures efficiency, scalability, and service excellence across the business. You'll lead teams, optimise processes, leverage technology, and use data-driven insight to drive operational performance and continuous improvement.
You'll also work closely with Product, E-Commerce, and Marketing teams to ensure operational readiness supports customer demand, business growth, and future expansion plans.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Leading warehouse, fulfilment, and customer service operations
- Developing and delivering operational strategy aligned to business goals
- Driving operational excellence across service, quality, cost, and productivity
- Leading ERP implementation, optimisation, and adoption
- Managing 3PL providers, carriers, and key operational partners
- Building high-performing teams through effective leadership and workforce planning
- Creating scalable operational processes capable of supporting future growth
- Establishing and monitoring KPIs to drive accountability and performance
- Championing a culture of continuous improvement and customer focus
- Acting as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, contributing to strategic decision-making across the business

- A data-led approach to decision making and performance management
