We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and proactive Aesthetic Clinic Assistant & Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This is a varied role combining client care, clinic assistance, administration and marketing. You will play an important part in the day-to-day running of the clinic while helping us grow our online presence and attract new clients.
The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming clients and providing a friendly, professional customer experience.
- Managing appointments, bookings and the clinic diary.
- Responding to client enquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and other platforms.
- Following up with potential clients and helping convert enquiries into bookings.
- Providing clients with information about treatments, prices, promotions and aftercare.
- Assisting practitioners with preparing treatment rooms and ensuring the clinic is clean, organised and ready for clients.
- Supporting practitioners during treatments where appropriate and within your training and responsibilities.
- Maintaining accurate client and appointment records.
- Managing and creating content for the clinic's social media platforms.
- Taking photos and videos of treatments and clinic content, with appropriate client consent.
- Supporting social media marketing campaigns, promotions and special offers.
- Helping to coordinate promotional activities and client engagement initiatives.
- Assisting with general clinic administration and stock management.
- Helping ensure the clinic maintains a professional and welcoming environment at all times.
What We’re Looking For

- Proactive and able to work independently without constant supervision.
- Comfortable using social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
- Creative and interested in marketing and content creation.
- Interested in the beauty and aesthetic industry.
- Able to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- A positive team player with a strong work ethic.
Previous experience in a clinic, beauty/aesthetic environment, reception, administration, customer service or social media/marketing would be an advantage, but we are also open to candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
