Day in the life of a Business Insight Analyst
The Business Insight Team is at the heart of delivering our refreshed approach to data and business intelligence. As a Business Insight Analyst, you'll specialise in one of the following areas:

Homes: Property, Investment and Repairs

Care and Central Services
-
Customer: Understanding our customers and the services they use
Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, you'll provide expert advice on data, maintain and enhance reporting solutions, and deliver insightful analysis that supports strategic and operational decision-making.
You'll play a central role in the design and delivery of our Performance Reporting Framework, helping to develop and quality assure key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and reporting processes. You'll also undertake analytical projects to support service reviews, demand analysis, and deeper understanding of organisational performance.
What we are looking for

Experience in a technical, analytical or data role (minimum 3 years).

Extensive knowledge and experience of providing business information and statistical analysis.

Able to communicate complex information in a concise and accessible way to a variety of audiences.

Knowledgeable and up to date regarding technology and digital aspects of portfolio.

Ability to manage tight competing deadlines, and ensure a heavy workload can be managed and delivered effectively.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and good experience of building excellent relationships with stakeholders.

Presenting data and business information in a relevant and impactful way to senior managers and directors.

A sound understanding of the challenges facing the housing sector and the regulatory and legal frameworks we operate within.
- Advance SQL Server skills, including query performance optimisation, aggregation and automation. Experience formulating ETL routines.

Ability to use visualisation tools including PowerBi.
