We specialize in coordinating premium airport transfers and travel logistics for a diverse range of business and leisure clients. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our close-knit office team. No previous travel industry experience is required—full training and continuous support are provided from day one to help you succeed.
The Role
As a Customer Service Representive, you will be the heartbeat of our daily operations, managing logistics and delivering world-class customer service across multiple digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Booking & Logistics: Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls to book, coordinate, and confirm airport transfers efficiently.
- Multi-Channel Support: Assist a diverse portfolio of leisure and corporate clients via telephone, professional emails, and online live chat.
- Problem Solving: Think on your feet to resolve scheduling changes, flight delays, or logistics queries professionally.
- System Operations: Utilize our bespoke in-house software to log bookings, update itineraries, and send out client confirmations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely within a supportive, small team environment to ensure seamless operations during peak travel windows.
Requirements
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polite and professional telephone manner.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable learning bespoke computer software and managing live chat systems simultaneously.
- Attributes: A positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a natural ability to solve problems under pressure.
- Flexibility: Able to work a full-time 37.5-hour weekly rota that includes working alternate weekends.
- Location: Based within a reliable commuting distance of our Cheddar office.
