We are seeking a highly organised and detail-driven Administrator to join our team, in our supportive and friendly working environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the team perform day to day operational tasks in relation to residential lettings and sales, ensuring compliance requirements are met and delivering exceptional service all round, to include:
* Handling enquiries via telephone and email.
* Maintaining accurate client, property, landlord, and tenant records.
* Prepare tenancy agreements and related tenancy documentation.
* Liaising with landlords, sellers, tenants, buyers, contractors, and third-party providers.
* Managing key sign-in/sign-out procedures and maintain key records.
* Assisting with deposit registration and end-of-tenancy deposit releases.
* Responding to and resolving queries efficiently.
* Ensuring compliance documentation is up to date and correctly filed.

*Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly: Outlook, Word and Excel
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Methodical, reliable, and proactive approach to work.
Desirable:
*Understanding of current lettings and/or sales legislation and compliance requirements.
*Experience using Jupix property management software xperience using HomeLet tenancy progression software.
Working hours
Monday-Friday 9 am - 5.30 pm (with an hour unpaid lunch)
Every fourth Saturday 9 am - 1 pm
