This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and driven Food and Beverage Manager to join a busy hotel and spa environment, leading the delivery of high quality service across restaurant, bar, breakfast, functions, outside areas and day to day food and beverage operations.
This is a hands on role for someone who enjoys being visible across the floor, supporting the team and stepping into different areas of the business as needed. You will oversee service standards, team development, guest experience, commercial performance and daily operational flow.
The role would suit someone adaptable, commercially aware and confident managing multiple areas at once. You will need to move comfortably between restaurant, bar, functions, breakfast and outdoor service, bringing a positive attitude, clear communication and a genuine willingness to support wherever required.
This role does not provide accommodation, so you must be able to reliably commute or relocate to the area.

Food and Beverage Manager Ideal Profile:
- Proven experience in a quality hospitality, hotel, restaurant, bar or events environment
- Previous experience in a multi outlet or busy hotel style food and beverage operation would be beneficial
- Confident leading teams across restaurant, bar, functions, breakfast and day to day service
- Hands on and adaptable, with a positive approach to supporting wherever needed
- Commercially aware, with an understanding of sales, stock control, labour costs and revenue growth
- Strong guest service focus with a sharp eye for quality, consistency and detail
- Natural leader who can support, coach and develop newer team leaders
- Calm, confident and professional during busy service periods
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bring structure and direction to the team
- Flexible approach to shifts across restaurant, bar, conferences, events and wider service areas
Food and Beverage Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead the smooth running of daily food and beverage operations
- Oversee service across restaurant, bar, breakfast, functions, outside areas and events
- Lead daily briefings and ensure clear communication across departments
- Support, train and develop team members to improve confidence, standards and consistency
- Deliver outstanding guest experiences with a focus on warmth, quality and service excellence
- Maintain high standards across presentation, cleanliness, compliance and guest care
- Monitor stock, budgets, labour costs and sales opportunities through upselling and promotions
- Step into service wherever needed to support the team and keep the operation running smoothly
- Bring structure, standards and clear expectations to a developing team
- Create a positive working culture built around teamwork, professionalism and high standards
