EV Specialist Vehicle Technician

Salary: Up to £50,000 OTE
Hours: Monday to Friday
Contract: Full Time | Permanent
We’re looking for an experienced EV Qualified / Specialist Vehicle Technician to join a busy and well established workshop in Borehamwood.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a technician with strong EV experience who wants excellent earning potential, consistent work and a well run workshop environment without the usual dealership politics.
What You’ll Be Doing
- EV and hybrid vehicle servicing and maintenance
- Advanced diagnostics and fault finding
- Electrical and mechanical repairs
- EV system diagnosis and repair
- Battery and high voltage system work
- MOT preparation and repairs
- Brakes, suspension, tyres and general mechanical repairs
- Working safely in line with high voltage procedures
- Supporting the wider workshop team

What We’re Looking For
- Fully qualified Vehicle Technician, Level 3 or equivalent
- EV / Hybrid qualified or proven EV specialist experience
- Strong diagnostic and electrical skills
- High voltage qualification preferred
- Experience working on modern EV and hybrid vehicles
- Full UK driving licence
- Reliable, professional and able to work well as part of a team
