In this role, you will provide general care and support, including personal care, assistance with nutrition and meal preparation (cooking fresh, home cooked food), and valuable companionship.

Our small teams of Personal Assistants provide bespoke, person centered care to really make a difference in our clients lives. You’ll only be working with one client which enables you to truly get to know them and make a meaningful difference each day.
The hours:
- PA 1 - Tues, Weds, Thurs and Fri (Week 1) & Mon, Sat and Sun (Week 2) = average 17.5 hours
OR
- PA 2 - Mon, Sat and Sun (Week 1) & Tues, Weds, Thurs and Fri (Week 2)= average 17.5 hours
Shift time: 4pm-9pm
Rate of Pay: £12.98 per hour

All training is provided and will consist of e-learning courses, face-to-face sessions, practical training, clinical training and competencies. The training is bespoke to the client and fully comprehensive for meeting their needs. We also provide refresher training on a regular basis, to keep your knowledge and skills current.
Who we are looking for:
You must be self motivated, well organised, chatty, reliable and an excellent team player. As well as being a naturally caring and compassionate person, we’re seeking Care / Support workers with:
- Personal care, support to manage incontinence, and measures to maintain a good skin state.
- Catheter care
- Medication administration
- Moving and Handling (including hoisting and position changes).
- Domestic duties (Laundry, cleaning, cooking nutritious meals).
- Monitoring of general health and well being, and daily record keeping.
- Providing support around meal times due to the clients dysphagia
- Diabetes management and blood sugar monitoring
You should also have:
- ✅Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- ✅Flexibility to cover annual leave and sickness
- ✅A DBS on the update service would be an advantage
