Join Our Team as a Recovery Support Worker!
Looking for a role where no two days are the same and where you can make a real difference to people’s recovery journey?
Join our friendly and passionate team as a Recovery Support Worker and help shape a flexible, creative and responsive service supporting adults with mental health and wellbeing needs across Huddersfield[BC1] and Kirklees. You'll deliver engaging groups, courses and activities, while providing one to one support that empowers people to achieve their goals.
You'll manage a varied caseload, co-produce person-centred support plans, facilitate key work sessions, and promote recovery through a trauma-informed approach. Every day brings the opportunity to make a meaningful difference to someone's journey.
The service is delivered 7 days a week, and shift patterns are allocated on a rota basis. Shifts include:

Monday to Friday: 9.00am - 5.00pm and 12.00pm - 8.00pm

Saturday and Sunday: 10.00am - 5.00pm (usually one weekend per month)
