Care Navigator Opportunity (Part time)
Morland House Surgery is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our care navigation team, previous GP surgery/NHS experience would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided for the right candidate.
Working hours are to be agreed however flexibility to cover annual leave and sick leave is essential. There is also a need to cover Saturday mornings on a rota basis.

- Provide high-quality communications both verbally and electronically to our diverse patient population and external agencies and NHS departments.

Qualifications
- Ideally experience in medical settings
- Proficient in administration
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Familiarity with public health initiatives
- Ability to use technology and a willingness to learn.

Pay: £12.71-£14.05 per hour
