About the Role:
Glasgow is a city built on innovation, engineering, and ambitious ideas, and at Scippo West Solutions Ltd, we bring that same mindset to modern business transformation. We help organisations turn complex challenges into practical strategies, stronger operations, and scalable digital solutions.
We are looking for a Senior Strategy Manager who can take ownership of strategic initiatives and help shape the direction of our client solutions. You will work across business, technology, and operations, turning market insight and organisational priorities into clear, actionable plans.
You will collaborate with experienced consultants, technology specialists, and senior stakeholders to identify opportunities, evaluate business priorities, and guide strategic programmes from initial assessment through implementation. This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys solving complex problems and turning ideas into measurable results.
Why Work With Us?
The Environment: Our Glasgow office provides a professional and collaborative setting close to the city centre. We value an environment where people can exchange ideas, challenge assumptions, and work together on meaningful projects.
Strategic Influence: Your recommendations will directly contribute to client engagements and internal business initiatives. You will have the opportunity to influence important decisions from the beginning rather than simply delivering analysis.
Modern Approach: We combine established consulting practices with modern digital tools, data-driven analysis, and technology-enabled solutions to help clients operate more effectively.
Professional Growth: We support continuous development through professional training, industry events, certifications, and opportunities to work across different business transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Develop practical business strategies based on market research, competitive analysis, operational data, and client objectives.
Business Transformation: Identify opportunities to improve processes, operating models, customer experiences, and organisational performance.
Strategic Planning: Translate high-level business objectives into structured roadmaps, priorities, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
Stakeholder Management: Work closely with clients, internal teams, and senior stakeholders to communicate recommendations, facilitate discussions, and build alignment around strategic initiatives.
Market and Data Analysis: Evaluate industry trends, customer insights, financial information, and operational data to support evidence-based recommendations.
Project Leadership: Coordinate strategic workstreams and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure recommendations move successfully from planning into implementation.
Team Development: Mentor junior and mid-level consultants and contribute to a culture of structured thinking, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience: 6+ years of experience in strategy consulting, business transformation, management consulting, operations strategy, or a related field, with demonstrated experience leading strategic initiatives.
Strategic Thinking: You can break complex business problems into clear priorities and develop practical solutions that can be implemented.
Communication: You are confident presenting recommendations to clients and senior stakeholders and can explain complex analysis in a clear and compelling way.
Analytical Skills: Strong experience working with business data, financial information, market research, and performance metrics.
Leadership: Experience mentoring colleagues or leading cross-functional project teams is highly valued.
Commercial Mindset: You understand how strategic decisions affect revenue, costs, customers, operational performance, and long-term growth.
Technology Awareness: You are comfortable working with modern digital tools and understand how technology can support business transformation.
Language Skills: Excellent English communication skills are required. Knowledge of German is advantageous for selected client engagements.
Mindset: You are pragmatic, commercially aware, and comfortable making decisions with imperfect information. You know when a strategy requires deeper analysis and when it is time to move from planning to execution.
Pay: £5,671.00-£6,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
