Job Opportunity: Multi Skilled Operatives
Are you a skilled tradesperson looking for a new opportunity?
At PLB, we’re on the lookout for experienced Multi Skilled Operatives to join our expanding teams across several workstreams, including Major Projects, Day-to-Day Repairs, Empty Homes, and Planned Works.
Successful candidates offered a position or placed on a waiting list for upcoming vacancies.
About PLB
We work in close partnership with several clients—primarily within the social housing sector—delivering a wide range of property services. From minor repairs and kitchen and bathroom installations to full property refurbishments, our goal is to ensure homes are ready and safe for residents.
What We’re Looking For
We want enthusiastic, adaptable professionals with a strong core trade such as joinery, plastering, or plumbing, and the ability to carry out general repairs and maintenance beyond your specialist area. You’ll be part of a supportive, collaborative team, delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service.
Key Requirements:
· - Competent in a core trade (apprenticeship or equivalent experience)
· - Experience in local authority or social housing properties
· - A full UK driving licence (essential)
· - Ability to travel across the North West
