Hours: Midweek and weekend shifts, including evenings and closing shifts
About Pastures Lodge
Pastures Lodge & Hotel is a busy and welcoming venue in Mexborough, offering accommodation, dining, weddings and events. We are focused on providing friendly service and creating a positive experience for every guest.
We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to support the day-to-day running of our bar and hospitality operation.
You will lead by example, manage the team during shifts and help ensure guests receive friendly and efficient service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the team during busy shifts.
- Support the management team and take responsibility in their absence.
- Assist with closing procedures and lock-ups.
- Ensure the bar remains clean, safe and well presented.
- Maintain high standards of customer service.
- Ensure licensing, health and safety, food hygiene and allergen procedures are followed.
- Deal with guest queries or issues professionally.
- Support team training and ensure tasks are completed correctly.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous Team Leader or supervisory experience within a bar, restaurant, hotel or hospitality environment.
- Confidence managing a team and running shifts.
- Flexibility to work midweek, weekends and evenings.
- A positive, reliable and hands-on approach.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- The ability to remain calm and organised during busy periods.
Pay: Up to £13.21 per hour
