Job purpose
The Project Manager will lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise transformation and modernization initiatives
within a Banking & Capital Markets environment. The role is responsible for driving project planning,
governance, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and execution across multiple technology and
business workstreams supporting regulatory, risk, trading, integration, and data platforms.
The ideal candidate will manage complex cross-functional programs involving application modernization, cloud
transformation, infrastructure upgrades, and operational resilience initiatives while ensuring delivery alignment
with timelines, quality standards, and business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery across enterprise transformation and modernization programs
- Define and manage project plans, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and delivery roadmap
- Drive governance activities including status reporting, RAID management, steering updates, and escalation
management
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Business, Technology, QA, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Data
Engineering teams
- Manage stakeholder communication and alignment across senior business and technical teams

- Ensure successful execution of SDLC activities including requirements, development, testing, UAT, release
management, and production rollout
- Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans to ensure smooth delivery execution
- Support cutover planning, operational readiness, stabilization, and BAU handover activities
- Track delivery progress, resource coordination, and overall project health across multiple workstreams
- Ensure adherence to enterprise governance, compliance, and delivery standards within regulated
environments
- Collaborate with architecture, engineering, and operations teams to support modernization and migration
initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, planning, and stakeholder collaboration
